Complete registration by end of 8/2/2026 to reserve your child's spot. Online submission is required for each child.

New or returning JBE students who complete the required reading for their grade level by end of 8/2/2026 are invited to the exclusive Summer Reading Challenge Celebration!

Register HERE. Please submit the form once per student with all book titles.

Reading requirements are for the grade you will enter in August:

  • Kindergarten: 10 picture books

  • 1st Grade: 10 picture books or 5 chapter books of child’s reading ability. Audio Books count!

  • 2nd Grade: 5 chapter books of child’s reading ability. Audio Books count!

  • 3rd Grade: 5 chapter books of child’s reading ability. Audio Books count!

  • 4th Grade: 5 chapter books of child’s reading ability. Audio Books count!

  • 5th Grade: 5 chapter books of child’s reading ability. Audio Books count!
